Truffle salt


 Micro greens, goat cheese oven dried
Tomato, pine nuts,avocado,orange extra vergin olive oil emulsion


Pasta & Fagioli 


Roasted Alaskan halibut fennel sauce with 
Asparagus tomato risotto
